Order Acceptance and Payments

STORE.RANKONE.TECH supports the following payment methods:

If payment confirmation is not received by STORE.RANKONE.TECH within three (2) days, the order will be automatically canceled.

STORE.RANKONE.TECH takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any loss or damages to the customer arising from shipping information and/or payment information entered by the customer or wrong remittance by the customer in connection with the payment for the items purchased. We reserve the right to check whether the customer is duly authorized to use certain payment method, and may suspend the transaction until such authorization is confirmed or cancel the relevant transaction where such confirmation is not available.

You may not claim against STORE.RANKONE.TECH for any failure, disruption or error in connection with your chosen payment method. Rankone.tech reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any payment method without notice to you or giving any reason.

In the case where an order cannot be processed for any reasons, Rankone.tech reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order at any given time.  If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment accounts) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment accounts) in the amount of the charge.

You may also be asked to provide additional verifications or information before we accept the order.

Rankone.tech reserves the right to limit the number of items purchased per person, per household or per order for any reason.  These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.  We will notify you should such limits be applied.

Pricing Policy

All Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without any prior notice. This may be due to the consequence of supplier price changes or due to current market situations.

The prices may or may not be applicable for some or all physical branches of Rankone.tech and may or may not be applicable for some modes of payment.

Rankone.tech is determined to ensure accurate price information however, errors may still occur and the price of your order will be validated as part of acceptance procedure. In the event that the price changed or have some error, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for further instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Rankone.tech reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your card charged.

Shipping Policy

Delivery and shipment of orders within the Philippines shall be handled by Rankone.tech or its affiliated companies or parties as long as the destination is covered by its delivery network. Delivery of the products shall be made to the address you specify upon checkout.

Shipping Fees displayed on the website are only an estimate. The Total Shipping Fees will be sent together with the Payment instructions when we verify your orders.

Rankone.tech shall not be held liable for non-delivery of product due to the following circumstances beyond Rankone.tech control and its affiliate partners:

  • Unavailability of the cardholder or authorized representative
  • Incomplete or incorrect address.
  • Force Majeure

At the time of delivery, the risk of loss and/or damage to the products will be transferred to you. Ownership of the products will only be passed to you when we receive full payment of all sums due from you, including delivery charges.

All shipment will be insured by our Partner Couriers. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if there’s any damage, missing item/s, or problems with the parcel that you receive. We will coordinate the issue with our partner courier.

Restricted access

Access to certain areas of this website is restricted. Rankone.tech reserves the right to restrict access to other areas of this website, or indeed this entire website, at Rankone.tech discretion.

If Rankone.tech provides you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of this website or other content or services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential.

Rankone.tech may disable your user ID and password in Rankone.tech sole discretion without notice or explanation.
